That's for the four wire fraud counts, and it includes 36 months for the IRS obstruction charge. This is pretty close to what @USAO_LosAngeles prosecutors wanted.

/5 By the way, if memory serves, this still leaves the tax and bank fraud counts untried. Recall that Avenatti, after the mistrial, pled to the counts related to victimizing clients, but not to those, and the government said it would decide whether to retry those others.
